The mansion which Linda had purchased sometime in October 2015, rumored to be worth N600 million, is said to boast of 700m2 grounds, with a detached house newly built covering 3 floors and a penthouse. The house is located in the priciest real estate location, Banana Island, Ikoyi.
Also, there are 2 living rooms, media room, cinema room, gym room, laundry room, a fully fitted kitchen, with a large pantry. Two room boys-quarters, a gatehouse, garden, swimming pool, waterfall wall, changing room, cabana, and amazing water-view.

Forbes magazine describes the house as the most expensive neighbourhood in Nigeria, Banana Island, Ikoyi.
The house is on 3-floored house consists of 6 en-suite bedrooms, a master suite with a separate walk-in closet/dressing room and a massive bathroom suite.
The 35-year-old Blogger acquired the property, which is believed to be worth about N600 million, is a 2-storey luxury house.
Banana Island is situated on reclaimed land and from an aerial view, the island is actually shaped like a banana, hence its name.

Linda Ikeji's sister, Laura Ikeji posted pictures of her sister's mansion which is reportedly worth 600 million Naira. and wrote, "That moment you realize that Mike Adenuga is ur neighbor, Dantata is ur neighbor, you are surrounded by billionaires you used to hear about on TV as a child, Haaaa unimaginable feeling. Banana island isn't ready for my noise . Dear Banana Island, we here!!! A glimpse of @officiallindaikeji Banana Island Mansion!!!!!! I'm too excited" wrote Laura on her Instagram.
She shared three pictures of Linda Ikeji's home. Laura Ikeji also wrote that Linda did not rent the mansion nor is it a block of flats. "No, it's not a block of flats, no it's not rented, @officiallindaikeji bought this banana island mansion with her sweat. Can somebody tell her to allow me post more pics, choi. Hehe. #glasshouse #whitehouse #bananaisland" she wrote.
Linda Ikeji responded to claims that her mansion is worth N450m. According to her, the mansion is worth more.
Amongst the celebrities to grace the house warming, include the likes of TV personality, Denrele Edun, Ghanaian actress, Juliet Ibrahim, and singer, Mc Galaxy.
