Dull President
A Nigerian president was on a trip to Britain and met with the Queen of England. “I want to make Nigeria the best country”, he told the queen.
“It’s simple”, the Queen told him. “Just surround yourself with intelligent people”.
The Nigerian president was impressed and asked, “How do I know intelligent people?” “By their IQ”, said the Queen as she called David Cameron to come and see her. Cameron arrived and the Queen asked him. "Your parents gave birth to a child, if its not your brother or your sister what is it?” Almost immediately, he replied “It’s me”. “Correct” said the Queen and she asked the black president to repeat the trick, which he did correctly.
Getting back to Nigeria, the president saw his vice and asked him the same question. "If your parents gave birth to a child and it’s not your brother or your sister, what is it?”
The vice president was confused, since he was giving just 30 minutes to get the answer. He went around the presidential villa asking every staff the same question, but none knew it.
Just as he was heading back in disappointment, he saw the minister of information and thinking she was intelligent he asked her the same. She immediately answered, "Its Me"
Vice president went back to inform president that he got the answer, “I have gotten the answer, “Its the minister of information”
The president was very angry at the wrong answer and shouted, "You Dummy, it’s her It is David Cameron
