Updates: More Pictures From Auchi Polytechnic Riot

Yesterday we posted pictures from a riot ongoing at the Federal Polytechnic Auchi. Here are more pictures and updates from the school. According to our informant, no life was lost during the fracas, however three students were seriously injured.
The situation was described as chaotic which started when the evening students were prevented from writing their examination over none payment of school fees.
The students then began to protest after which the institution authority called in security who dispersed the students with teargas and the students became violent, destroying properties within the school premises. Lecturers were also seen scampering for safety.
The School Authority has however closed down the institution indefinitely to prevent further break down of law and order.
