Soya Milk



This is very good for children. It will help your kids grow well, try it and give a feedback!

Ingredients needed


2 cups of soya beans, vanilla flavor, 1 cup of milk, sugar, pineapple flavor, water (2-3 cups)

Method of preparation
Soak beans in cold water, remove skins, re-soak beans in hot water overnight. Grind into a bowl and add two cups of water or more, filter with clean cloth or water sieve.



Put into clean pot and boil for 30 minutes, during boiling, skim or remove foams from top and drop.
Add 1 milk cup sugar, 2 cups of vanilla, 2 cups of pineapple flavor.

Leave to cool, put in cellophane of bottle and seal. Keep in fridge to chill. Serve cold.
