How to Decorate Cake



Material needed

250g icing sugar, 4 table spoons warm water, flavor and coloring as needed.

Method of preparation
In a small basin put water, add icing sugar by spoonful beat with wooden object or spoon. Add coloring and flavoring if wished.

Put basin of icing sugar on a sauce pan of water and heat. Add a little more water of icing in a coating mixture. It should coat the back of the wooden spoon easily, smoothly and glossy.


Don’t overheat and should not be watery or too thick in order not to look dull and sugary.

When icing, pour mixture over cake at once to run slowly down the sides thereby coating the sides.
