Ingredients needed
Goat head, utazi leave, scent leave, seasoning, onion, palm oil, potash, salt to taste, water, pepper.
Method of preparation
Scrape the hair off the goat head, roast the hairs off. Scrape properly until all the hairs are off. Burn the horn and peel it off with the tip of a sharp knife. Wash the head thoroughly with soap and brush. Cut the goat head into pieces and remove the brain. Add water and cook for 40 minutes. Allow to cool. Remove bones from the goat head. Cut the meat into small pieces, mash out the brain and pour all into a pot. Put potash into a bowl, add palm oil inside the bowl and stir until the color changes into yellow. Grind the scent leaves and add all the potash mixture. Stir and pour for about 10 minutes, then serve with cold drink.
