President Buhari Absent At FEC Meeting For the Third Time

President Muhammadu Buhari is again absent at the meeting of the Federal Executive Council at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. The Vice-President is presided over the meeting. This is the 3rd time Osinbajo will be presiding over the meeting in recent times.
