Gov Wada Commissions Ultra Modern Medical Complex In Egbe, Kogi State

In a bid to achieve an effective health care delivery in Kogi State,
Governor Idris Wada has increased budgetary provision for training of
personnel and infrastructural development in all its schools of
midwifery.
Governor Wada stated this at the dedication and
commissioning of the ultra modern revitalised medical complex, ECWA in
Egbe at Yagba West local government area of the state. Capt Wada
positioned that a good health care delivery increases productivity of
its people, assuring of his support to improve the health care sector in the state.
While he noted that quality health care delivery has topped his
administration’s priority, the governor commended ECWA hospital for
their initiative in revitalising the infrastructure in the health
institution.
He maintained that the provision of health care delivery in the state should not be left in the hands of government alone, promising his administration’s commitment to improving some infrastructure in the College of Nursing and Midwifery at the ECWA hospital in Egbe.
Captain Wada commended the sacrifices made by the founding fathers of ECWA hospital and Egbe community for their support to the institution.
