Soldiers Captures Top Boko Haram Leaders and Kill Over 40 Others in Bulanbuli

Nigeria Soldiers on Friday killed more than 40 terrorists believed to Boko Haram members in a fierce battle between the soldiers and terrorist members in Bulanbuli, near the
dreaded Sambisa Forest in Borno state.

4 soldiers also lost their lives in the battle while 9 others sustained injuries.
In
a statement on Friday by the Defence Headquarters spokesperson, Chris
Olukolade, the battle was caused by the capture of a number of
terrorists believed to be the ringleaders of the dreaded Boko Haram sect
operating around the Alagarmo area of the state.

Mr Olukolade
added that two of the terrorists were arrested two days ago at a local
market while they were trying to buy foodstuff, while others were spying
on the military base in the area.
