NB: For those who may be wondering why there are rivers in a ‘forest’, the region encompasses the Lake Chad Basin region which has a profuse diversity of geographical features, one of which are intermittent rivers, some of which you will be seeing below. You will also see some semi-desert regions of Nigeria’s northeast.

Salute to the loyal and ever-dedicated Nigerian troops!

  1. Nigeria should focus on uniting against Boko Haram. This group seems to be very well trained. A bit to well trained for farmers and poor youths. Their attacks are very sophisticated, and well planed. In my opinion the US is behind this for the simple fact that they have done it so many times before.

Regardless of my opinion, we should not loose faith in our leadership. A house divided against itself cannot stand. Its just a mater of time before Europe or the US decide to remove our elected president to set in his place, an obedient poppet to colonize us again.

Rather than expose ourselves to this kind of threat, let us, as Nigerians, forget our ethnic identity, put aside our differences and stand together against our enemies (foreign and domestic).

  2. When on earth will Nigeria soldiers n government stop wasting our commonwealth, imagine they claimed to be looking for missing chibok school girls. As a young geographier specialised in remote sensing n GIS the direction they claimed to be searching is on a different bearing frm the points where even the USA n french say they site the camp of dreaded boko-haram. They should stop fooling themselves. We are not knowledgeable they took us for.
