Massive Bomb Explosion Rocks Gombe State Governor's Residence

Massive explosion rocked Gombe State Governor's residence yesterday, June 5 at about 6pm leaving two soldiers dead and several others injured.
 

A Police Armored Personnel Carrier (APC) that was stationed in front of quarters was caught in the explosion. 

Reports says the explosion resulted from some explosive substances inside the APC.

This explosion is coming few days after the Emir of Gwoza, Alhaji Idrisa Timta died in an attack by suspected Boko Haram sects on May 27.
