Idowu Adetutu and Usman Isiaka were also arrested for vandalizing water corporation equipment.
The Six suspects were paraded at the state command headquarters of the Corps in Alagbaka Akure, the Ondo state capital.
The State Commandant of the Corps, Andrew Igwe Ugwumba, said his mandate is to “get rid of criminals (who) specialized in sabotaging the government’s effort” in the state.
Ugwumba advised his officers in the command to continually show commitment to duty, mostly at reducing crude oil theft, pipeline vandalism, and so-called bunkering activities.
He admonished the good people of the state to stop patronizing bunkerers, noting that if there was no market for adulterated products, oil bunkering would be reduced.
In-line with the miscellaneous offences, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) act of 2003 & 2007 as amended, the Six suspects would be charged to court.
If convicted in court, all six of the arrested suspects will face stiff sentences issued by a judge.
