15 Houses, Properties Worth Millions of Naira Destroyed After High Tension Wire Fall in Lagos

A high tension wire that fell on top of several houses caused extensive fire catastrophe in Ejigbo area of Lagos State, western Nigeria, last night.
Besides the damage caused by the fallen high tension wire, the transformer exploded, devastating the property in Oboye, Fashola, Shawande, Aminatu, Ilo and others streets. Some of the residents with injuries of varying degree of severity were rushed to a local a hospital for treatment.
