Buhari Releases 183 Boko Haram Fighters

President Muhammadu Buhari have ordered the Chief of Army Staff, Lt
General Kenneth Minimah to release 183 fighters of the Islamist terror
group, Boko Haram, with immediate effect.
The President who describes the Islamist as his disgruntled brothers is
planning to have a negotiation with the terrorists that lead Amnesty
and financial compensation for a group that sent over 19,000 Nigerians
to untimely grave.
