PHOTOS: Soldiers Discovers Boko Haram Secret Escape Tunnel

Members of the Nigerian Army deployed to fight terrorists in the Sambisa forest have discovered an escape channel created by the Boko Haram terrorists, as part of efforts to finish the sect.


During the encounter, troops freed many hostages and dislodged some Boko Haram insurgents, who fled on sighting them. In the process, soldiers busted their secret tunnel.

Army sources told Daily Post that Boko Haram men can't escape into towns as there are many check points covering all Sambisa exits and entry routes. The tunnel were used as hideout from air strikes.
