The Executive Governor of Kano State Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje
OFR attend the official launching of the Kano-Jigawa-Daura-Zinder Trade
Corridor being hosted by Jigawa State on Thursday (28/09/2016) which
was organized by the Nigeria-Niger Joint commission that takes place at
the Manpower Development Institute, in Dutse the capital of Jigawa
State.
The event which is also being attended
by Governor of Katsina State represented by his Deputy, His Excellency
Mannir Yakubu, The Governor of Zinder In Niger Republic, And hosted by
The Jigawa State His Excellency The Governor of Jigawa Alh Badaru
Abubakar, and several stakeholders including traditional leaders,
Chambers of Commerce from the region and others.
The
launching of this corridor will go a long way in boosting regional
integration, particularly trade and investment between the two countries
especially in areas of Agriculture, Aviation & other sectors of the
economy.
