Lagos DJ Xgee Commits Suicide by Drinking Sniper after Leaving Notes on Instagram (Photos)
The popular Nigerian DJ Seun Omogaji better known as, Xgnee, committed suicide after drinking sniper on Wednesday, January 2.
DJ, XGee, who is based in Lagos, committed suicide shortly after he wrote a suicide note on his Instagram page.
The post has raised questions concerning his reported death. It got many of his fans and followers talking and reacting to the suicide note, particularly after his death was announced.

“Okay there is a twist to this
last respect ppl give to their loved ones when gone ....Black as signs
of sadness ..but in my case please Rock WHITE Cos i love this colour so
much . to all have made smiled and to those i have pissed off trust me
im only being Human. Enikorewa i love u so much , Eriayo u name sums it
all up u are truly d reason for my Joy . Omobolanle ajoke u know i care
.. Moradeke my mum may my God heal u and to my in-Laws Stay Blessed

Mourning the deceased was famous comedian Basketmouth, he shared several pictures of him with DJ Xgnee as he recounts how they created great memories together. Basketmouth’s post reads: “Together...we created some amazing memories, you my friend....you will be missed. I can’t believe that the last time I saw you would be my very last. Rest In Peace blood.”
Also talented radio personality and singer Do2dtun shared a screenshot of his last conversation with late Xgnee. His caption reads:
“One of our Last convo. AH SEUN! .. we talk say we go continue this hustle na.. you & I no talk am like this.”
There has been no clear reason why the DJ decided to take his life.
He was was buried at the Ikoyi cemetery on Wednesday 2, January 2019. Only close friends and family were present to pay their last respect.
XGee became popular while understudying famous DJ Jimmy Jatt and recently performed at gigs that include Grown & Sexy as well as Wande Coal’s concert.
