Video + Photos: Many Pupils Feared Dead As School Building Collapse In Lagos Island

Over 100 school pupils are feared killed following the collapse of a school in a three-storey building located in Itafaaji area of Lagos Island, on Wednesday, March 13, 2019.

According to reports some primary school pupils and scores of residents have been trapped in the rubble while scores have been rushed to the general hospital in Marina.

Emergency and rescue teams are currently at the scene of the incident and are evacuating trapped victims.

It was gathered that the Primary School is located on the top floor of the building, which is reported to be a residential building with several apartments.
