Dad Bursts into Tears as Son Surprises Him With New Truck So He Can Get To Work (Video)

This is the touching moment a father broke down in tears after his son surprised him with a brand new truck.

Diantae Thomas, 25, from Dothan in Alabama, USA, spent months saving up for the Ford F150 after his dad's old vehicle broke down.

In the heartwarming clip, Mr Thomas can be seen leading his blindfolded father, Lester, 56, out of the house to surprise him with the heartwarming gift.

After the dad took his cover off his eyes, he screamed: "That’s my truck?!”

He jumped into his son's arms and thanked him for the gift in the touching clip.

Lester, who runs a lawn care operation, was left to rely on his wife to drive him to work since his truck broke down two years ago.

But Diantae wanted to help his family out and secretly purchased the new vehicle without their knowledge.

Diantae, who plays in the Indoor Football League, said: “I felt like a man.

"That’s the feeling I always wanted to do – give back to my parents.

"It was the most breathtaking moment of my life when he jumped – I felt so much relief and joy.
