More details are emerging about the Waldorf, Maryland housewife who fatally shot her detective husband, who reportedly cheated on her with a co-worker.

Christina Francis, 41, reportedly shot and killed her husband, D.C. detective Timothy Francis, 50, before killing herself.

The violence occurred hours after Christina posted the couple's wedding videos and photos on Facebook.

Timothy was reportedly cheating on his wife with a 23-year-old police officer and single mom named Celeste P.

Most workplaces have strict rules about fraternization and office romances. But Timothy and Celeste appeared to flaunt their relationship openly, forcing Christina to endure humiliation and heartbreak in her final days.

On her Instagram account Celeste celebrated her relationship with her co-worker after the news of his death, leading one IG user to admonish her: "Wasn't he married? Show some respect to his kids."

Christina Francis, who dated Timothy Francis for 3 years before marrying him in 2017, dropped hints of her husband's betrayal in her Facebook posts.

In posts that were riddled with typos she appeared distraught over her broken marriage and she expressed her love for her 2 children:

"This day meant everything to me. This marriage was put together for a great reason, couldn't more confident and stayed forever not giving up. I love young what we had together. U you all I ever NEEDED. YOU AND I BELONGED TOGETHER AND ALWAYS. We had 6 years of experience and memories that should have taken presence over everything we dd but he got lost I petty sh*t you believed was a mistake."

Her facebook post read before shooting her husband dead then herself.
