Star Boy- Wizkid Also Wins His First-Ever Grammy For ‘Brown Skin Girl’
Wizkid has won his first-ever Grammy for his role in ‘Brown Skin Girl’, a
collaboration with Beyonce.
The award received at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards premiere.
The song was made for Beyonce’s album, Lion King, in 2019. Wizkid will get the iconic Gramophone for his contribution to the hit track.
It also marked the first Grammy Award for Beyoncé’s daughter and the song’s featured artist, Blue Ivy. Jenn Nkiru co-directed the video with Beyonce, with SAINt JHN and WizKid featuring.
Another Nigerian star Burna Boy won his first ever grammy at the award night.
