The same Way Nnamdi Kanu Was Arrested, All Bandits-Miyetti Allah Must be Arrested Too - Wike (Video)

Rivers state governor Nyesom Wike has finally spoken up on the rearrest of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of IPOB, who was rearrested by the Federal government of Nigeria days back.

According to the Rivers State governor, all bandits in Nigeria should be arrested the same way that Nnamdi Kanu was arrested. 

He said, "It does not matter the differences my state has with Nnamdi Kanu, what we believe is that the rule of law must be followed, due process must be followed for his prosecution" the governor to BBC.

Wike advised the Federal government to ensure that all the people who have been causing security problems in the country are also prosecuted.

He added that he does not believe in the principles of Nnamdi Kanu which he expressed publicly at several occasions. 

The governor however emphasized that the rule of law should be allowed in the trial of Nnamdi Kanu. He stressed that all other bandits including Miyetti Allah should also be arrested and prosecuted.
