Teenage Girl Takes Grandma To Court For Refusing To Pay Back Her Money (Video)

A teenager, Chisom Chukwunyere has taken her grand-mom to an arbitrary reality court over her failure to pay back her N95,000.

Chisom had alleged that her grandmother borrowed some money from her for five months and was yet to repay even though she had promised to return the money she borrowed in January, by June.

While cross examining Chisom's grand-mom, who said the teenage girl had be living with her since she was one, and that when she needed money to fund her shop business, she borrowed the said amount my her granddaughter without the intention of paying back.

The reality TV show "Judging Matters" is anchored by Justice Williams and Counsel Ebuka.

Judging Matters is an African Magic Tv series that deals with the issues using the arbitration system and minor cases of real people getting justice from a small claims court.

Grandma claimed that she was the one provides for Chisom, including all her welfare since one year, and she is now fifteen.

Grandma said she had no intention to pay back Chisom the amount borrowed, since she is the grand mom and had always taken care of here.

The presiding judge blamed grandma for not teaching Chisom how to give and also blamed her of teaching the teenage girl how to lie.

Chisom was asked to apologize to grandma, as the the video concludes.
