Ibikunle Amosun one of the APC presidential aspirant s also stepped down for Ahmed Bola Tinubu. He made this announcement after Akpabio said he was stepping down for Tinubu, urging others to also step down, making him the second APC presidential aspirant to step down in consensus for Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
