Peter Obi, Yusuf Meet Goodluck Jonathan Behind Closed Doors

The presidential candidate of the Labor Party, Peter Obi, and his running mate Dr. Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed met with ex-president Goodluck Jonathan on Wednesday night.

The meeting was Obi’s second visit to Jonathan in the month of September.

However, after the meeting on Wednesday night, Obi said the visit was very cordial.

He said: “We briefed him on the progress of our presidential campaign, and also exchanged views on several issues of national interest. Grateful for his time and wise counsel.”
