Seven Doctors Undergoing Trial Over Alleged Professional Misconducts – MDCN

The Medical and Dental Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal of the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) will, tomorrow, resume hearing in the reported and investigated cases of alleged professional misconducts involving seven doctors.

According to the cause list by the MDCN, two doctors who will be arraigned for judgments are: Dr. Roberts Osas Ikhu-Omoregbe and Dr. Abdul-Baki Abdulganiyu Ishola.

The cause list also named three doctors – Dr. Elias Agada Anyebe, Dr. Abdullahi Ominisi Jimoh, and Dr. Kudehinbu Olajide Bola – are for hearing, while Dr. Anuoluwapo Olufunmilayo Adepoju is for defence; Dr. Gerald Onwuegbuzie is for adoption of addresses.

The tribunal’s sitting is expected to take place between Tuesday, September 27, 2022 to Thursday, September 29, 2022, from 10 a.m daily at the MDCN Head Office in Abuja.

  1. This is not major problem of Nigeria. What about all the major collapsed and collapsing project that involve huge Nigeria money not accounted for and many not done. Like our roads that is causing accidents and lives lost? 9ja is really on a sick bed in ICU ooo. God save your people.
