Burna Boy Wins 2022 MTV EMAS Best African Act

Burna Boy has added a new award to his growing list of achievements, winning the award for the Best African Act at the 2022 MTV EMAs.

The 2022 2022 MTV European Music Awards took place on Sunday 13th November 2022.

Burna Boy was nominated in the Best African Act category alongside Ayra Starr, Black Sheriff, Tems, Zuchu and Musa Keyz.

Tems was also nominated in the Best New Act category which she lost to Seventeen.
