Police Allegedly Parade Seun Kuti (Photo)

Seun Kuti and other prisoners from the Panti Police Prison are allegedly being paraded by the Nigerian police, days after he violently handled a uniformed police officer. The son of Fela Kuti, the famed entertainer of Afrobeats, was seen sitting with some prisoners when they were being paraded in a widely shared photo.

Kayode Ogundamisi shared the photo on social media, showing Kuti been allegedly paraded with other criminals.

Seun, in a viral video over the weekend, attacked a police officer in uniform.

The Inspector General of police immediately ordered his arrest, but Seun promised to turn himself in on Monday (yesterday).

He was however arrested when he turned himself in, and then paraded as seen in the viral photo.
