Robbers Invade Three Communities in Ibadan

Armed robbers on Tuesday morning invaded three communities in Ibadan, the Oyo
State capital.
The robbers were said to have carted away money, phones, pieces of jewelry and other items.
The affected communities include Alaja, Seriki, and Ogogo on the new Ibadan/Oyo Expressway in the Akinyele Local Government Area of the state.
One of the community leaders, Raji Kazeem, who confirmed the incident to Punch correspondent said, “Yes, it was true. The armed robbers came in the mid the night and robbed some houses. That’s why you saw landlords and landladies discussing in different groups.”
