The City Pastor

City Pastor is an online ministry of Charles Adedayo Oluyori, preaching the word of God in the purest form, using the bible as reference for all his teachings, undiluted. Most bible quotes used by the City Pastor is from New Living Translation (NLT), King James Version (KJV), New International Version (NIV) and others.

The focus of City Pastor's ministry is for EVERYONE to understand the word of God clearly and in the easiest ways, undiluted and uncorrupted, using stories and verses from the bible to teach and make references for EVERYONE to be able to understand clearly what God is trying to say in those bible stories and verses. And for people to gain salvation and be saved here on earth and after death.

Charles Oluyori is a trained pastor. He was trained by the General Overseer of The New Light Covenant Church, Bishop Ben Attah. He was trained in in 2012 and served in the church for several years before starting his online ministry.

City Pastor believes in the sovereignty of God as the creator of the entire universe, the creator and maker of all things. The omnipotent and God of everything. He believes that without God nothing exists, and nothing can be without Him. 

City Pastor believes in Jesus Christ as the son of God and liberator of mankind who was here on earth in human form AND performed great miracles during his lifetime here on earth. City Pastor believes that Jesus was killed and rose on the third day and ascended into heaven where he is seated with God and he believes that there is life after death.

City Pastor believes in praying as one key foundation of christianity, he believes that the word of God can set people free from their bondages. He believes the word of God as stated in bible and that the bible contains the word of God. 

City Pastor believes that everything God made is for the benefits of mankind as is directed by God in the first book of the bible, that He made everything for the purpose of man, and that man should have dominion over all these things.

He believes that through prayers and the use of some natural ingredients like salt, water and many more created by God, man can have both spiritual and physical cleansings which can bring him closer to God and hasten the answer to his prayers offered to God.

He believes in giving, loving others and showing mercy to others.
